What to bring with you to your first session:
- Mental health care plan if you would like to claim from Medicare (the mental health care plan is available from your GP)
- Medicare card
- Private health insurance card
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a reminder via SMS directly to your mobile of the date and time of your appointment.
Please note, we do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, and you will be advised of a $50 cancellation fee if we do not receive 24 hour cancellation notice.
